What areas do you service?

While we offer investor services to clients throughout many states, we prefer to work with our first-time homebuyer clients one-on-one, in person. Our current service area for these clients is Southern California.

How much does it cost to meet with you?

$0. Our initial consultations are always without cost or obligation.

When is a good time to start talking to you?

As early as possible. The farther along in the process you are the harder it is to remain objective when deciding on your homeownership strategy.

Are you a real estate or mortgage brokerage?

We can provide all of the services necessary to get you from renting to owning. That often includes not only real estate agency and lending services but also many other things like affordabilty analysis and long-term wealth planning. At our initial meeting we figure out which services you need and quote you a profit margin we'll stick to all the way through.

I already have a real estate agent or loan source I like, can we still do business?

Absolutely! While we can offer everything you need to make and execute great homeownership decisions, we can also offer just the services you need.

Will you work with anyone?

Nope. Like any reputable business, we only work with clients that will benefit from our service. Our unique process isn't right for everyone. Here you can see what we look for in our clients.

Do you have references?

We sure do! Just ask. Many of our clients have worked with us several times over, starting as first-time homebuyers and later becoming investors or move-up buyers.

Whats should I do now?
